All students have a capacity to learn and to succeed. Students learn best in a safe, positive, and disciplined environment. Parents, school staff, students, and the community should cooperate as a partnership. Students should be continually challenged to meet high expectations in academic achievement and in responsible behavior. The educational process should stimulate, motivate, and foster independent and critical thinking and relate to the real world.
